She had a sparkle in her eyes the entire day, and was the cutest bridesmaid ever… so the sneak peak from the wedding last weekend actually is without any shots of the bride… These will come soon!!

We had a really lovely weather, the day was amazing. More lovely wedding photos are coming later…

Wedding – Janicke and Arne bryllup || Bryllupsfotograf Trondheim

Bad tempo with my updates lately, so here is from the wedding of Janicke and Arne that I last summer… Finally!
The rain were pouring down this early summer day, but that didn’t take the glow of their great day. We started off early with Janicke at the hairdresser, doing the hair and the little details necessary. She was calm during the whole “getting ready session”, and seemed to enjoy it all through the rest of their wedding day

After the hairdresser was finished, we went back to their home, where the makeup and the beautiful weddingdress were to be put on.

Janicke really had eyes for the little details to make the day just as perfect as she deserved.

Janicke and her bridesmaid had a really cool and relaxing session during makup and fitting of the weddingdress.

When taking the formal weddingshots, the rain were pouring down, and we had to use our indoor backup location. But it worked out pretty well. Janicke and Arne, you were really fun to photograph!

Just before we were to wrap up the formal photosession, the weather cleared up, and we actually managed to get a few very successful shots outdoors! That really made the day for the photograper! And all honour to Janicke; you beat the freezing cold summer(?!) temperature that we had that day, and made those outdoor snapshots just perfect!

Janicke and Arne, thanks for letting me capture your special day! I had a blast, and it certainly seemed that you were enjoying it as well

Winter in september?? No, it’s just me being a little slow with my blogging Way to late is the full post from Marianne and Odd-Magne’s wedding finally written.

I had the joy of having a pre-wedding photography session with Janicke and Arne a couple of weeks before their big day. We had a great session, even if the weather wasn’t all on our side. We are crossing fingers for real summer on the “real” happening Anyway, you are a really great couple; I really enjoyed the little photo session we had!

Wedding – Bryllup // The studio session // Maria & Erlend

I just finished editing the Maria & Erlend wedding, and would like to share some photos from the studio-session. These are photos taken after we finished the cold (!!) outdoor photo session. I think especially Maria were happy to come into a warm studio And what natural models they both were! We had really fun in the studio-session as well. You were so easy couple to photograph!

Just as we were wrapping up the studio session, Maria suggest we got out in the cold again… I think she wanted to get some kind of last shot with the sunset. It was quite cloudy, and it was almost getting dark… but utilizing my off-camera flash, shooting it into a studio umbrella, we managed to get this shot, that I think became kind of cool

Thanks to Erlend’s best man for being my human umbrella stand!

Maria and Erlend; I am really happy that I got the chance to photograph your wedding. And it was such a bliss getting to know you!

Photographing my own brother and his beautiful wife Marianne at their most important day became a much more emotional experience than I first anticipated. Last weekend we had the pleasure of attending the wedding of a couple of good friends, Merethe and Atle, which I also had the joy of photographing their big day together with Kristin R Eide, a great local photograper at Nordfjordeid. Sneak preview – Sniktitt // Maria & Erlend //Bryllupsfotograf Trondheim

It was cold, some raindrops were falling, and the fog laid heavy down the hillsides. But the two lovebirds seemed to enjoy their most important day, filling it with love and happiness, celebrating the beginning of the rest of their life together. We had a great photo session, you guys were so fun (and easy!) to photograph! I had a blast

Pre-Wedding // Bilder før bryllup: Maria&Erlend

It was cold… about -11 or -12 degrees C, but Maria and Erlend wanted to get some pre-wedding-shots before the “real thing” coming up soon. It was really fun photographing the two lovebirds; we all laughed, smiled and had a really great time! Below are some of the shots we took during the relatively short photo session (I wouldn’t be responsible for forcing the couple to stay too long in the cold, getting sick before the Big Day is no fun…).

I am really looking forward to shoot their wedding!

Yes… you probably guessed it… the wedding couple… The church is booked and the venue for the reception is ready… rings are ordered and the wedding outfit has been tried on and found perfect…

Just wanted to share a couple of shots taken while preparing for three(!) weddings I am going to photograph in February. I am really excited about getting the opportunity to capture the most important day for some really wonderful couples I have always found a lot of inspiration in wedding photography, and can’t wait to get going
